      plenty of things you can learn, from tech to handson

      management only understand how to self protect instead making the factory a better place. can not hold on to any good people and can not get rid of any bad one. many management team are the worse people...

      I had the best manager and the best working experience there. Everyone was like a family to me.

      Cons

      JVC is losing market share quickly and they are not a player in the consumer electronics anymore. Outlook looks grim.
