Pros

Able to work independently, family environment, regular birthday and holiday celebrations, open communication with staff. As for the Alyssa criticism on an earlier review I saw: she was always kind and understanding towards me. Certain people take longer to warm up than others. Jen was always entertaining and involved, Joe was friendly and helpful and Alyssa was the glue.

Cons

Horrifically low pay. My S/O had to pick up a second job

Pros

Cindy Towers (owner) is very nice and very helpful.

Cons

The company habitually refuses to pay the last paycheck (when an employee resigns), unless a law suit is filed (see the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas docket). Needless to say, the company loses every time. (Reduced cost legal fees from Ballard Spahr, one of the company's owner's spouse is a partner at that law firm.

Pros

A great company with options for remote work. The company does a lot of philanthropy with the ACS and has a large focus on DEI initiatives.

Cons

There is little in the way of cons at this company.
