More experience less salary. Within same experience range so much of salary difference like, If you joined here as a fresher then you will get very less salary but, if anyone joins here with at least one year experience then they will get more salary for same experience. illogical policy liked with VPI vs Fatal in plant. If any fatal happens in any other department Incentive will become zero. That collected amount also will not pay to the dependence of fatal. No - hikes from last 2 years even though company 's business is excellent. Company booked profit of 1700% QoQ but employees got nothing from last two years. So many politics inside for getting promotions.
