Flexible schedule, scholarship opportunities, flexible locations, bonus program for management
Cons
They do the bare minimum and call it good management, the GMs have almost 0 power to do basic things like approve sick pay, give raises, etc, the pay is crap, bonus requirements are strict, labor % is too strict, always want us to do more with less. The encourage cheating on the downlow when it comes to guests satisfaction and speed of service, they watch you over the cameras for store checks, there's software in the headsets spying on you, and the prices of the food is outrageous compared to it's subpar quality.
