This is a startup company and it works with its full dedication, working culture is good for software people.
Cons
1. NO joining Letter : Be aware before joining here, first ask them for joining letter join, because they do not want to give any employment proof that you are working here. Working here means career on risk, 2. No Experience letter. 3. No Salary slip. 4. No medical support 5.Forget about PF 6.Working hour is more about 10-11 hours a day. 7.No overtime money 8.Pathetic Salary range according work, You will paid here less than labour salary scale but you will work here like a labour. But no labour day holiday too.
