It's frustrating to realize that your contributions can be dismissed simply because you aren't part of their chosen group. Furthermore, JF Edwards lacks true family-oriented values. Instead of supporting employees and encouraging a good work-life balance, the culture feels more about loyalty to a select few. This creates a demoralizing atmosphere where many feel undervalued. The benefits offered are also disappointing and do not meet the expectations that employees deserve.
