The young, international coworkers made this job more interesting and most lower level employees are passionate about the population served.
Cons
The position I was hired for was something I was very excited about. However, the director soon put me into many unsafe situations that made me very uncomfortable. The young people I was working with were often forced to wait or be uncomfortable or in danger because the staff was stretched so thin.
