Worst upper level management support that is beyond ridiculous! Egotistical, impractical, and unethical regional and asset managers who will try to spread you thin, implement ridiculous changes in policies and fail to take ownership and responsibility for poorly planned take over strategies ect. Upper management is very hostile towards managers who express these type of concerns and tend to blame shift when things go wrong. They are infamous for starting projects and never finishing them because too many people are coming and going. Corporate teams are constantly changing roles and responsibilities creating confusion and major gaps in communication. Investigated for violating labor laws while denying such a thing with employees who have personally witnessed and experienced these so called "accusations". Regional managers with absolutely no conflict resolution skills or the ability to manage "People" rather than numbers.
