Pros
Fellow employees are pretty nice and try to create a welcoming environment for each other! The employee discounts are also pretty good too.
Cons
Lack of transparency from store director and managers about hours and hiring conditions. If they told me that I’d only be getting 4 hour shifts and one per week due to overhiring at that, I wouldn’t have taken the job. They also never said when the seasonal sales associate position would end and wouldn’t give me any answers when asked.
