Terrible Company to Work For!

Pros

Nothing!! I hated it here!

Cons

This was by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for! This place is filled with Texas A&M Grads that are incompetent. JAM does most of their outsourcing through Universities instead of investing in good quality employees, they based everything on a degree instead of competence! The pay is terrible! No incentives nor pay raises. The management team is a joke that's filled with nothing but money hungry people. There's no room for growth. You're literally dealing with bioplar personalities on a regular basis including but not limited to: Your department, Outside Sales, Credit Department and the list goes on. PLEASE think twice about working for this company and RUN!

Work at your own risk!

Pros

The employees are very hard working and friendly. The main reason to work there. It is almost like you are family within the employee pool.

Cons

Management plays favoritism and the HR department is of no use. Management doesn't really listen to suggestions and they don't follow their own rules! Don't think about getting a raise either!

Delivery Driver

Pros

Overtime, off weekends and holidays

Cons

Lot of deliveries expected to done in a day. A Lot of negative to drivers never positive feedback. Raises are based on a crappy system. Even if you doing a good job upper management has a say in giving you a low raise. Salesman call in the evening and expect another delivery to be delivered that day. Health benefits are high price. Also it's benefits employees better in Texas.
