      - Lovely people, easy to work with; - In terms of the experience with the consultants, it's amazing, considering that the company really cares about searching the right people with the right soft-skills; - We can always discuss our opinions & feeling with everyone, which is a big help on the daily basis

      Cons

      I found no downside to working at Ivy Partners. On the contrary, I met a team of very competent young people, managers who master their work well and follow all the consultants in their careers, team sports outings to strengthen ties. In short, it's very professional at Ivy.
