      This is a highly innovative start up company that empowers every team member as an "owner" to make decisions and contribute to the organization, its mission to improve healthcare and the lives of patients

      Cons

      The company had a great start with innovative founders. However, as the organization continued to develop its signature product and technology, development decisions led to delays and the loss of jobs.

      There are some decent people working there.

      Cons

      Management treatment of employees is bad: playing favorites, targeting non-favorites. Directors/C-level act as if they are subject-matter-experts of all areas outside their departments just because of their job title. HR harasses employees to get them to quit.
