Cons
Extension to the contract but this was not down to Itec
Within my role I travel across all of the centres. At first this was very nerve wrecking but every single centre has made me feel warm and welcome. I feel included within each and every team. The positive feeling I get from supporting the young people to achieve goals and targets they never thought was reachable. Seeing them succeed, progress and build confidence is the main reason I enjoy my job. Management are so supportive and make you feel valued and appreciated for what you do. Overall I feel this job is the best job I have had. The work life balance is brilliant, I never feel my job is stressful. I feel the benefits within the company are generous. Finally, being employed by an employee owned company makes me feel secure within my work and I feel I am allowed to voice my opinions.
Cons
