      It’s small setup of people with limited thinking and ideas.

      Cons

      Bad culture Department politics Not supportive HR Culture of working till late and throwing work on subordinates Non-supportive leadership teams and the department heads Power abuse by the department heads Bad appraisals and employee performance review system. There are a lot of employees working from more than 5 years but hardly any salary increments or promotions.

      Pros

      Salama is the oldest Takaful company in the world , currently with in Top FIVE Takaful company in UAE. Work environment is ok.

      Cons

      Good company , but from last 3 years frequently change in the Top Management and restructuring is impacting over all.
