No Salary increment, Bad Management, Women Domination

No bonus, no increment in salary, no uprisal of any kind. They don't care about your family or anything as such. I was newly married and I was almost blackmailed to come inside the ashram at the COVID time. Couldn't go inside ashram because once you go inside, you can't come outside for 3 months. (Ashram was closed to anyone outside). They didn't provide me any salary at that time. And there is no appreciation to good work and no one was professional. I was at video publication dept and they literally don't know anything about what makes a good video. Most of them was volunteers, especially at the management, they allowed only volunteers. So no one has any prior experience in the field and no one has any idea about it. All they know is how to handle a camera and how to keep good light on Sadhguru's face, nothing else. They need creative videos, but no one knows anything about creative. A person who does documentaries for discovery joined there as volunteer and the management in Video pub and english pub scrapped the precious work multiple times. That's the kind of work-place it is. Sadhguru is literally stuck with these nonsense people. If you ever want a good career, don't come here.
