      Very pathetic work culture. You always feels frustrated here.

      Only the compensation part to attract people nothing else.

      Cons

      They are purely a lala type company. Always doing micromanagement. Client is treated as God and employee as slave here. You can't argue with client. No one will help also if you stuck somewhere. Work pressure will make you frustrated. Very less paid leaves. 9 hours mandatory. So don't ruin your mental peace by joining this company and fall in a money trap.
