* My team is incredible * We have a great on call system * Our brand for the last 101 years has been well loved and respected in the community

Cons

* Nepotism when hiring managerial staff * Micromanaging as an art form * Changing rules and expectations depending on which staff member they don’t like that day * Making up policies on a whim * Not allowing us 2 funeral directors on a service unless we beg and prove the 2nd is needed - even for 200+ people services * The pay is incredibly low for Funeral Directors
