Pros

The day-to-day people are great, but the leadership and HR is terrible.

Cons

Being ran by a hedge fund guy who only cares about money. HR is terrible to its employees!

Pros

During the pandemic, Invivyd was a great light of hope for a treatment for COVID-19 and allowed persons to work remotely.

Cons

Management: Company had a "me and my friends" mindset. The senior leadership was made up of people that they worked with at other companies, and in senior leadership found they could do no wrong. Terrible hires were allowed to continue to abuse employees. Leadership took no responsibility for causing projects to fail and laid the burden on the staff. Any apology was done in an "I'm sorry you feel that way " mindset. When the omicron variant occurred the company fell on its face, and never got back up. The name change was supposed to be a fresh start, but the company has done nothing to restore confidence. For a remote company, the mindset still functions in a paper process. Everyone has their files on their own computer, using personalized charts that have no legend to provide guidance.

Pros

Salary. They will pay well if they like you. Fast paced environment for most departments.

Cons

Everything else. No culture, leadership speaks poorly of staff behind closed doors, mental health, management, lack of ceo. It may look like a shiny toy…
