Pros
The only good thing about working at Invictus Green was that the scope of work was close to my home, which made it convenient. I did, however, learn a few things about how renewable energy is applied and how those applications affect the overall energy market and industrial energy use. Even though the experience had its limitations, I value the exposure I gained to sustainability and energy utilization, and I see it as knowledge I can build on in future roles.
Cons
At this stage, our company doesn’t yet have a clear structure, which sometimes leads to responsibilities spilling beyond professional tasks. While flexibility is part of startup culture, it’s important that decision‑making stays focused on what benefits the company. If choices are influenced too much by outside opinions, we risk losing sight of our goals. Let’s work toward planning projects carefully and involving the team in discussions, so decisions reflect both the company’s needs and everyone’s contributions.
