Cons
There is no opportunity for long-term growth here. You do your time (two years), learn as much as you can, and move on elsewhere so you can be replaced with fresh, cheaper labor. Felt awkward leaving before dinner. Analysts are like glorified EAs. Except the EAs are paid better and have better hours. Be prepared to learn to translate ipad scribble. Some of the incumbent team has an elitist view of themselves. Such a small team but there were still rumors of a few of them trying to find other jobs. Standard private equity model. Platform, add-on, and tell people to work harder.
