-Low employee retention rate -Poor company culture -Leadership is very disrespectful to its employees -A company that has been around for years but functions as a start.

Inventus is understaffed and disorganized. Morale is low across all departments, employees feel overworked and under appreciated. Work/life balance is poor. Compensation is below average, due in part to a few bad years at the top line. A recent merger has not created a cohesive business, but rather two independent groups that sometimes stumble over one another while attempting to reach common goals. There is in-fighting at the executive level and the atmosphere reflects that dissension. There are bright spots of opportunity, but it seems unlikely that these will be realized. Unfortunately, Inventus is a fairly stressful and unpleasant place to work.
