Nice co workers, good salary, good work life balance and hybrid working
Cons
No feedback and mentoring culture, limited opportunities for growth, majority of managers are no/bad leaders, limited transparency and too much politics for a not so big company.

Feasible Time schedule, Transportation is easy, cultural activities are good
Cons
Not many Skills to learn other than quality team, and Not much facility, poorly skilled people are more compared skilled ones to work as it is a manufacturing company, if you are a degree engineering or diploma-based student that is also fresher then no use to go for
