      Pros

      Interesting products, great idea to bring making to non professional people. The donation of products to schools helps new STEM kids.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment. CEO will dismiss an idea or demand actions even when he doesn't know what he's talking about. Doesn't listen to people with more experience. Unclear who is responsible for what, so finger pointing when a problem. Pay not so good, even with healthcare.

      Pros

      Casual work environment, very generous time-off policy, good work/life balance, pretty good healthcare and 401k benefits. There is always something new going on, and I love the collaborative environment. They maintain a startup feel even though they have been around since 2002.

      Cons

      Compensation is a little lower than other companies, however I think it's worth it for the other perks. Startup mentality and lack of senior management can feel disorganized.

      Budget for CNC project materials, bi-weekly after-work pizza party, inter departmental cooperation, free snacks, free weekly catered lunch, workshop access

      Cons

      Lack of structure, staffing issues, little room for advancement, poor communication about compensation and reviews, not enough employees to manage inventory
