      Young company with good possibilities to grow

      very good atmosphere, good team, interesting projects, possibility to overtake responsibilities very fast

      Cons

      The company is still growing very fast, HR needs to integrate the new employees and has a lot of work.

      -flexible schedule (7am-7pm) -weekends will always be yours -growth plan -Some incentives 6 month increments -Friendly / active coworkers

      Cons

      -Super professional environment -Not a good-paying job without good experience -Somewhat expected to work 45-55/week with no overtime -U.S. office not very established yet, expect german documentation, minimal training related to client projects, excessive management training

      Pros

      Personal development, learning and growth, Academy Trainings; Feedback culture, great work environment/colleagues/team; Career, fast responsibility; Different projects and industries; Internal Innovation projects everyone can launch and participate in; and much more you can influence if you are proactive and put some effort into it.

      Cons

      This is very individual, for some it would be to work overtime because of additional internal topics (mentoring, center of excellence, innovation center, HR&Business, ...), for others it might be the need for flexibility in terms of different projects and topics in different locations and industries. For me there is no downside, because it fits my personal understanding and motivation and I am able to influence my work environment and the company itself when following the same longterm goals.
