Pros

Until you join and you are billed, you are the god for them and you are treated like a King.

Cons

I am the man who joined Invaria in its initial days of its start. I know in and out of this company and suffered later with long term bruises. First of all understand what is Invaria Tech. They call themselves as product engineering company. Ask them what they mean saying that. They are nothing but a Third Party placement company or a body shopping company and please don’t even call them software Services Company. Management started this company by pouching customers of their previous company and they are money minded. You are treated superbly until you are billed by customer, once it stops you get much more royally treated. They have onsite customer whom they pouched and just they do body shopping. And also heard that they are not doing good with Invaria. They hype about their skills as if they are piece of Microsoft. They do only body shopping business. Don’t get carried away by pros and cons in glass door website because it’s been written by themselves. Many have ran away in between and still repent for joining there and wasted their career. They have customers sitting with them in their campus and they boast as if they are their employees. Technology there is Zero. Recruiters speak a lot and believe me its all lie. I am cautioning you candidate and don’t fall into the trap and suffer later.

Cons

- Less work might make you feel bored sometimes(depends on the team you might join) - One might be asked to extend notice period if one is a big bus factor.
