They are putting own reviews. Definitely they are not even good that's why creating own reviews. Bad management and boss is like I am everything. Both bosses are arogant selfish.

They will promiss you lot of things at the time of joining like: 1. Company is planning to implement 5 days working policy (that will never happen till you leave the company(fortunately) or they fire you(unfortunately)) 2. Company is having around 10 years of experince in mobile developement and it's a syster company of VITEB (INTUZ is hardly 2 years old company and both the companies are plying with employees's career. They will give you good hike and fire you at any time) 3. They will tell you that we have no senior or junior levels (Actually they are not giving senior or higher designation even after 6 years of experience or higher. So that you can not get better opportunity at anywere else) - You have to work on multiple projects without any kind of project management.Any project can start at any time. People will not believe you when you write these projects in your resume. - There is a famous thing "KT"(knowledge transfer). You have to take KT of any project at any time and in that 1 hr durations KT you must have the knowledge of each and every line of code even if project is developing since 6 to 7 months. And after that KT you are responsible for all previous and present bugs. - The boss is very arrogant. He don't have sanse of speach. He gives 2.5 hours' very very boaring speach in so called "HAPPY HOURS" or at enjoyment time. - You are just a resource for them not human. - No personal life or no enjoyment. - They expects output like TCS and IBM kind of developers and will pay you less than the salary of peon of these kind of companies. - There are lot of things to say to save your life from this company but Simply saying not an employee oriented company.
