Pros
An open and inclusive small team with big plans, great clients and ambition. Forward thinking, everyone genuinely has a voice and there is no hierarchy or limits. A genuinely lovely group of people to work alongside day to day makes the working hours so much more fun, productive and the hours fly by.
Cons
Not enough cake when I was in the office.....

- Lots of Opportunities to work on different skills and technologies - An increasing number of employees with broad skillsets to learn from - Good communication throughout the organisational hierarchy - Everyone gets along and no difficult people to work with - No painful internal politics - Close relationship with clients - Degree of flexibility with hours - Great work/life balance
Cons
- The fast moving nature of being a small company is often a blessing but can be a curse if the demand/resource balance is off - The close relationship with clients can mean the ad hoc request can pile up but this can usually be managed by escalating internally
