9yThank you for the feedback. As far as the above points are mentioned below are the responses: (1) Salary is always paid on time and we comply to all the statutory compliances, like PF, Professional Tax & TDS. (2) Being an ISO Certified Company we do not make unjustified deductions and to explain the liable deductions salary slips are provided to employees as documented proof which are audited. (3) Company is constantly on hiring plan with new requirement which itself speaks for the projects on board. (4) The Growth of the company itself speaks about the credibility of the Management, HR & Admin. However, we do not tolerate mediocre performance and take necessary actions which might not be agreeable with the employee.
