Pros

Until relatively recently we had the two basic tenets to be a successful company - a good product and a simple to understand go to market strategy. Colleagues are generally a pleasure to be around although unfortunately most operate at about 50% of their capability.

Cons

The most consistently ill-thought leadership and decision making, both in HQ and particularly in the UK. Intralinks is a zero meritocracy environment - it absolutely deflates ambition and motivation and is a very dangerous place to be. Great people have and are leaving and all the while neither leadership nor the 'HR' department will a) either recognise that there is a cancer eating the business or b) do the slightest thing about it other than further run the business into the ground. If you keep doing the same things but expect different results... Embarrassing...

Pros

> Strong Customer Base > Potential to be a great place to work > Decent healthcare benefits

Cons

> Products are old and clunky > Sr. Management over commits and under delivers > Culture of Management by Fear > Lots of Internal Finger Pointing and back-biting >Trying to extend a product set that should have been retired 10 years ago > Too many H1B Visa employees that have no chance at perm status > Burning out good employees, protecting bad employees > Senior turnover, don't know who you will be working for in a month

Pros

Tons of food, cheap interns to do busy work

Cons

All problems begin with Chief People Officer/SVP. Her pettiness towards individuals and targeted manipulativeness of the management team, have turned off many proven and talented employees. The management team has given themselves shiny titles, and market buzz words like diversity and inclusion.. It means nothing. People are in the same jobs they have been for years. Growth is not clear, and the hours are horrendous.
