Pros

A lot of amazing people at lower levels.

Cons

Upper Management is clueless, abusive, and sexist. They have terrible benefits, low pay, and no chance for promotion. They just pile more and more work on the same people without hiring to back-fill. I have seen men praised by leaders for doing the same things the women are yelled at in front of their peers for the same things. Women are being pushed out of roles and getting laid off disproportionately. Someone should look into it.

Many negative changes

Pros

Love the work we do, It is definitely "Work worth Doing". Team and Direct supervisors are fantastic. Flexibility in scheduling, plenty of PTO/Sick/paid holidays.

Cons

We have had several CEO changes in recent years. The latest is demanding that we make many sacrifices, yet is unwilling to make any himself. We all had to take on additional workloads after layoffs in February, we have accepted that. We have also accepted that we will be taking on said additional workload without any pay increases. We have been working remotely for four years now. New CEO now wants us all back in the office 3 days/wk. This is going to be costly for those with childcare and long commutes (some were hired while remote and have never had to do so). New CEO is not understanding that he is essentially asking us to do double or triple to the work for LESS pay. He is unwilling to listen, shuts down questions/comments that he disagrees with and is unwilling to make even the smallest concession to ease our pain in this economy. The company is inevitably going to lose so much valuable talent due to his stubborn stance.

Pros

Operational teams are amazing, Meaningful work.

Cons

Boys club mentality in the C suite. Women are treated like second class citizens at this company. Value is placed on sales at the expense of all else. It’s 911, operating as lean as they do in operations is criminal. They overwork and underpay many teams.
