      - Clients - Peers, many young clinicians just out of school dedicated to working with the queer community

      Cons

      - Under-market pay rate, and benefits package. Many unpaid extra tasks and meetings - Elaborate and restrictive contract - Unethical clinical decisions made by leadership in pursuit of profits - High-turn over in clinical staff - Adversarial and paternal attitude towards both clients and clinicians - Excessive amount of documentation required - Verbally abusive leadership
