      Pros

      INN has an industry reputation for high standards and quality of care. The growth model has been methodical and sustainable. For those who seek it, there is solid opportunity for career advancement as most of our managers (clinical and corporate) are tenured with the company and have been promoted from within. INN is not private-equity owned and operated, which sets them apart from the large competitors. INN has a tight-knit ownership team that has led the organization for 17 years.

      Cons

      This is a very fast-paced organization in a competitive healthcare landscape. The change is constant - new processes, initiatives, or dedicating new resources - mostly to keep up with growth and competition. IONM/EEG are specialty healthcare services and the business support needs can bring stress and complex challenges. The industry is 24/7, niche, and not for everyone.

      Pros

      IntraNerve has many positive attributes. The nature of the work is wonderful if you like EEG and WFH! Pro's include: organized infrastructure, friendly fair leadership that will NOT throw you under the bus, sufficient training before going solo, frequent promotional opportunities, promote internal candidates most of the time if not always, and good communication from leadership.

      Cons

      Not thinking of any other than health insurance premiums are pricey for family coverage, but that's probably not unique to IntraNerve.
