Processes in place for quality control are non-existent or badly designed. The owner’s idea of employee motivation is via blame and insults, thru all levels of management and employees. Most managers are selected via cronyism; skills and abilities are not a consideration. Promotion is nonexistent. Women are rarely managers. The newest, latest software is rarely used, and any training is purely “figure it out on the job.” If you must accept a job with this company, stay only long enough to learn what little there is to learn, and then find another, better job as soon as you can.

Terrible, atrocious communication between departments exacerbated by cronyism. Poor guidance and leadership. Unethical business practices. Wanton damage to the environment. Awful customer service. A sad a dreary atmosphere of fear, drudgery and a hope that your job won;t be outsourced to China.
