You are like in North Corea. They force you to work even if you want to leave the company, they tell you if you don't come to work they will report you to police and you will have big problems :D

Company-wise: - organization is good - perfect atmosphere - coworkers are good and nice - company authorities are also good and nice - hard&soft are up to date Project-wise (the functional programming one): - may be interesting for experienced people. Projects with functional programming languages are not quite usual for the market.

Project-wise (the functional programming one): - experience with an internal and proprietary programming language is hardly useful at the beginning of the career
