      - Social events every quarter - Private healthcare - Show what we done days - learn about upcoming releases and development changes - Honest company - tell us all openly about new projects, issues we've had, upcoming jobs and news. - Feel very supported in changes, difficulties and successes - Training opportunities - Work openly with other teams - Provide feedback regularly and review progress regularly

      Cons

      - Find I don't have enough to do always but this does give me time to learn something new - Working hours are pretty limiting for Support
