Pros

Interview process was based on psychometric testing rather than experience based so as long as you are of reasonable intelligence getting a jib is fairly straightforward.

Cons

HR is a joke! Lost my job through their admin errors 18 months after being given full time job where if they had followed their clients protocols I wouldn't have been suitable and wouldn't have wasted almost 2 years in a role. Their investor in people status is nonsense, there are advertised in house training programs that are so wrapped up in red tape its nearly impossible to get on one. There is very little chance for progression and the nature of the contracts worked on means only 50% job security.
