A place of lofty and unfulfilled promises

Pros

If you’re a workaholic you’ll love it here.

Cons

If you struggle with 14 hour work days and weekends you will be fired. This place sounds like a dream during the three month plus hiring process however everything they say or promise will either never happen or be a double edged sword you’ll be guilted for. There’s no respect for privacy and forced bonding dynamic with trauma-dumping dei sessions. Save your mental health, family life, and career timeline and just don’t.

So many lies

Pros

Remote work - tech package - annual bonus

Cons

I was lied to at every step of the interview process on how much I would be working. Zero boundaries for personal time or family needs. As soon as you start setting boundaries you will be fired. There is no support from management or from fellow peers. As soon as you start struggling with your work load, you will be fired. You will not be given any form of coaching or training, no matter how many times you ask, and eventually, you will be fired. Before accepting a job here, ask yourself why the turn over is so high and be prepared to eat, breathe and sleep (you won’t get any) IP. Your mental health will thank you if you pass up on this opportunity.

Pros

Absolutely none, company run by a group of pals hoping to operate like a fortune 500 with out the slimmest clue on how to get there, destined to fail. their management - I honnestly feel sad for.

Cons

Endless, no corporate benefit structure, no management structure, they pull in the team from all corners of the globe quarterly... how do they expect to effectively manage a thing,
