- The company does a great job of bringing in talented, hard working individuals, but it doesn't do anything to retain them. Good work goes unappreciated, and the turnover is incredibly high.
- Compensation is very low compared to the rest of the industry, especially for t he additional work you do.
- Management is reluctant to change. The reporting has been inaccurate for the duration of my employment, and nothing has been done to correct it.
- When people leave, they aren't replaced. Their workload and responsibilities are reallocated to the employees still there.
