Pros
There are no pros to working here. They don't listen. They don't care. Just what they can get out of you.
Cons
Don't work here. Management located in other states. Just trying to get the money out. They don't care if the business goes under. Not willing to pay you for what you do. Make promises they do not keep.

Pros
- Good place to start a career and get applicable experience in the Wellness industry. - I've enjoyed almost everyone that has been employed by the company. They do a great job of bringing in great talent. - Autonomy within my role. As long as you keep your calendar up to date with where you are, you have the ability to function and do your job without someone micro managing you
Cons
- The company does a great job of bringing in talented, hard working individuals, but it doesn't do anything to retain them. Good work goes unappreciated, and the turnover is incredibly high. - Compensation is very low compared to the rest of the industry, especially for t he additional work you do. - Management is reluctant to change. The reporting has been inaccurate for the duration of my employment, and nothing has been done to correct it. - When people leave, they aren't replaced. Their workload and responsibilities are reallocated to the employees still there.
