Where do I start? I worked at Interr for 4 months, passed my probation with flying colours. Gave my blood for the company. I worked nights for 9 hours straight even that I had an hour lunch allowance (unpaid). They expect you to breath and live your job. During my working hours, I witnessed operations supervisor being shouted at by DIRECTORS in the middle of the operations floor with no respect!!! "Please" and "Thank you" it seams to be nonexistent. The place is a pure mess, there is no processes or procedures, officers get away with "murder" and to finalise, after my letter of resignation, they are doing all in their power to deduct any type of expenses they had with me as an employee. They should be researching about shrinkage and how to retain employees if they don't want bear with an employee costs. In the whole 4 months I was with the company, I saw several people coming and going as it is an intolerable environment to work. I won't even go about the payroll and accounts...
