Pros

Some people were great to work with.

Cons

- over worked and always short-staffed! Even the president of the company feels that people should give up their life for the company, and if they don't then they shouldn't be there. - HR is so biased. Don't bother reporting anything to them, they will just tell the manager what you reported or try to set up some kind of meeting between you and the manager. Ultimately you end up with a target on your back, and they will find some way to fire you or get you to quit. - The only way to advance and survive is to be part of the "in crowd" at the corporate location in pendleton, or get super friendly with those who are. - New management at the pendleton location is incompetent and manipulative. If you decide to work there, do not speak to any one about anything or it will get twisted and used against you! - can never get time off. Good luck if you run out of sick time and need to take extra time off for any reason, you could get written up and they will use it as an excuse to fire you. -Sexual harassment and discrimination are a big problem in this company. Pretty much everyone sleeps with each other there or tries to. - There is so much wrong with this company...

Pros

-laboratory staff is pretty awesome all around -base pay is fantastic for the area

Cons

-no one gets trained properly -upper management talks about a culture of quality but never follows through -speed over accuracy (no matter how much they say the opposite) -if you have any mental or physical limitations, DO NOT mention them. Management will try to get rid of you. -no one in corporate thinks the lab workers are worth their time to talk to; new policies knee-cap operations frequently -your bosses will lie to you or ignore actual professionals and do what they please (also knee-capping operations)

Pros

Monday through Friday with major holidays off.

Cons

Pay is way less than industry standard. Owners are more concerned with making money than investing in their employees. If you suck up and do everything just short of sleeping with the bosses you get what you want while the people who work hard and try to call people out on the bs get fired and harassed. A lot of back stabbing by people who aren't management but have been there a long time. All the positive reviews on here are all from management so don't believe a word they say. If it weren't for the fact that employment can be minimal where I live I would have run for my life a long time ago.
