      Full Time, Decent Benefits that include vision and dental

      12 hr shifts, pay scale that was good in 1993 not today, unable to get and keep help because of the pay and work loads

      Pros

      Great job for people looking to work right out of high school. Many friendly Managers and co-workers. Decent health care

      Cons

      The mills are very hot in the summer. Not much room for growth. New workers usually get night shift. Many lazy workers.

      Good Pay & Benefits Senior management does a good job at leadership. Safety is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Favoritism is rampant. Work performance and seniority are meaningless. Promotions are based on who you know. This has lead to a poor middle management group. No scheduled lunch or breaks for workers , even though it's illegal.
