      Slow to progress due to too much politics and bureaucracy.

      C&B package in line with UN system, good work life balance (teleworking), training/learning opportunities, opportunity to work towards the achievement of SDGs, friendly staff

      Cons

      Managerial decisions not including staff's feedback, recruitment and promotion based on friendship, not transparent, limited opportunities to grow, Internal IT skills are a bit disappointing for an IT organization, out of date IT systems
