Pros

There are none! It is a struggle everyday.

Cons

No leadership or management skills whatsoever! Depending on who you are and how well you suck up to the 2 gm's, that will determine your future there. No clear processes, duties, or structure. Also, if you are not from Utah, you will be one of the first to get crapped on and laid-off. This place has a very tight inner circle of employees from the corporate office in Utah. It is the "buddy system" at it's finest.

Up.and coming business with their toe in the oil and gas industry.

Cons

Shortcomings in the engineering and quoting department lead to swings between lack of available work and too much for the team.
