Toxic culture of disrespect with a cutthroat mindset that pervades the organization. Imbalance of male to female leaders, and female leaders play into the same politics. Nothing about the published corporate values is lived in the day to day, it's all for show. Zero trust from the bottom to the top. Working at Interface is like being in an abusive relationship with a gas-lighting partner.

Not as progressive as they market

Cons

The former CEO is suing the company. That should speak volumes. All the toxic management that was hired is still there and thriving and hiring their friends. They market sustainability but so do a lot of other flooring companies. So it’s not unique and the culture does not fully reflect what they market.

I would not recommend this place to anyone working in IT. Technology is done the old way and everything gets outsourced! It's not a healthy environment and upper management thinks treating everyone as a child is leadership. Everyone loves to throw you under the bus and not work as a team or blame a vendor. Horrible decision making, if they actually make one. There are a lot of people who have been here a LONG time... that's because they have no where else to go!
