      Pros

      AI has been a massive tailwind and Intercom has a valuable product in a space (like coding) that is already generating a lot of value for customers. The strategy, which had been a bit all over the place in the past, is locked in. Good comp / benefits / nice office in a great location. Excellent, smart, thoughtful people to work with.

      Cons

      This is a hectic environment. Lots of change, we're very flexible with how we work, and it will not suit everyone.

      Pros

      • Lots of opportunities for impact and career growth - you just need to go after it. • Excellent people to work with that also want to achieve great things. A real sense of team. • Very fast paced - certainly not for everyone! It can be hectic and chaotic at times. Great if you like that. • Good work life balance - no out of hours pager etc. • The hybrid office setup (2+ days) works really well for focus and creativity. • We picked a lane in strategy and have a sharp focus on it.

      Cons

      • Could improve on the mechanics of internal comms. Rolling out policy changes (etc), even if the policy is appropriate/useful, is often more messy than it needs to be.

      - A select number of VP-level or C-level leaders in R&D are taking it too easy in their roles and aren’t being managed out in a timely manner
