      Fun Coworkers, Unfair Compensation

      Pros

      Coworkers are fun to work with, there's a great sense of comradery. Feels like a team across all departments. Free weekly lunches and work events.

      Cons

      Very conservative workplace, does not feel friendly/safe space for queer employees. Manager made transphobic remark, along with treating female employees different than male employees. Compensation does not reflect the workload.

      It's a good job right out of college but once you get the experience, it's best to find something better.
