      - Layoffs are happening so if you are looking to join, join at your own risk. - Whole departments were laid off overnight - Weak leadership - No appraisals from past 5 years - Company make false promises - Extreme politics - Check the health of the company over Linkedin before joining

      Nothing. Salary on time if that's a problem elsewhere

      Shady place. Extremely biased upper management. Gaslighting central. You will never understand when your last day is going to be because you won't know that people are ganging up on you for being professional, hardworking and skilled. They will make it evident after a point that they want you gone and disturbing the status quo could result in severe negative consequences on your career. The upper management is HIGHLY paid and they lead a very different life from the actual workers. Very corporate environment. Nothing like an advertising agency. Nobody is actually cool. Coolness is smoking and cussing.
