over time on holidays monday - friday schedule

. time passed i realized this dysfunction with this company. no accountability was taken from senior leadership or supervisors. Teamsters union is a joke. HR and union rep from teamster that reps interpark is a joke. how can you get suspended if you never been written up? make that make sense
