Pros

Intense isn’t stringent about employee qualifications. Minimal education is enough

Cons

Wondering what to start with. Intense is definitely not a corporate company. It’s A company that loots its employees If u r planning to join intense please cross check ur offer letter twice and once u join keep checking ur payslips for every component mentioned in offer letter. Else u will end up losing ur money. In my case, I have 2 incidents 1. my offer letter includes 1800 employee pf, they dint even open my pf account. And I dint realise that until my last working day. When asked abt it, they blamed some ex employee who has done my onboarding and left the company later. And they could do nothing abt it now, so they suggested me to assume my package is x-(1800*12). 2. I was asked to travel to Mumbai for 2-3 weeks which extended for a month. They have found cheapest possible hotel( I’m a female employee) even that seemed expensive to them so they dint mind to put me into hostel. Unfortunately they dint find anything cheaper than this hotel. At the end I realised I have spent 20k from my pocket(doesn’t include any personal expenses) which finance department don’t mind to reimburse. Very insecure for women employee. 1. There’s nothing called code of conduct 2. The company dint have any ASH policies 3. There aren’t any CCTV in the office premises as long as I was working there. 4. You will hear all kinds of abusive words on floor 5. People make sexual comments on women Appraisals I dint get any as I couldn’t and was never planning to stay so long. But I have seen people getting 50% on take their home for making flashy web page and peanuts for working day in and day out.

Pros

--- Good exposure to work --- on time salary --- Flexible timings --- Advisable for fresher’s to work here

Cons

--- poor and congested infrastructure --- employees are expected to perform 200% whereas increments will be just peanuts. --- no COMP-off or OT even if employee works on weekends and holidays. (just as free service) --- no standard/proper process inline. --- less resource bandwidth due to which an individual should put twice of his efforts, but still the salary paid is less than half of his/her efforts. --- no appraisal letters provided to employees even after increments and multiple reminders. --- only focuses on business enhancement, employee satisfaction is never achieved. --- no employee has been satisfied with their appraisal, always ended up with disappointment and frustration in spite of doing hard work.

Pros

Salary on time only Good for freshers

Cons

Autocratic rule by the higher authority (especially employees working from past 15-20 years) -So Called The Rulers of the Company. Giving salaries on time is never the only strategy for the employees to grow or feel satisfied, rather than employee expects authentic appraisals/increments equivalent to efforts delivered on time, good respect, healthy environment to grow, adequate support from project mangers and team leads from time to time and fully biased free work culture and employee engagement in prime matters. Managers give fake promises and commitments in order to get the works done from the employees and later they behave like strangers . Senior employees always try to suppress the juniors in terms of career growth and increments, rather than give good increments to their non productive favorite employees. Full of people politics and company runs on employee favouritism. Poor HR management: The Puppets of the company and hardly considers employee grievances and unfair performance appraisal process. Employees can be ousted out at anytime, considering only the one sided feedback from the respective senior leads. Overall, leads and managers utilize efforts of productive and dedicated employees and enjoy the fruitful results thereafter with no rewards/recognition to the deserving candidates.
