Pros
Intense isn’t stringent about employee qualifications. Minimal education is enough
Cons
Wondering what to start with. Intense is definitely not a corporate company. It’s A company that loots its employees If u r planning to join intense please cross check ur offer letter twice and once u join keep checking ur payslips for every component mentioned in offer letter. Else u will end up losing ur money. In my case, I have 2 incidents 1. my offer letter includes 1800 employee pf, they dint even open my pf account. And I dint realise that until my last working day. When asked abt it, they blamed some ex employee who has done my onboarding and left the company later. And they could do nothing abt it now, so they suggested me to assume my package is x-(1800*12). 2. I was asked to travel to Mumbai for 2-3 weeks which extended for a month. They have found cheapest possible hotel( I’m a female employee) even that seemed expensive to them so they dint mind to put me into hostel. Unfortunately they dint find anything cheaper than this hotel. At the end I realised I have spent 20k from my pocket(doesn’t include any personal expenses) which finance department don’t mind to reimburse. Very insecure for women employee. 1. There’s nothing called code of conduct 2. The company dint have any ASH policies 3. There aren’t any CCTV in the office premises as long as I was working there. 4. You will hear all kinds of abusive words on floor 5. People make sexual comments on women Appraisals I dint get any as I couldn’t and was never planning to stay so long. But I have seen people getting 50% on take their home for making flashy web page and peanuts for working day in and day out.
