Good People and Leaders, Need to Stick to Structure
Pros
Management team has high ownership. Actively listens and guides the team. Most managers try very hard to develop and create a positive atmosphere. There is a sense of togetherness when I was there. The head of solution often talk about trust and teamwork, and I can see that in the way they work. Career progress, probation, promotion criteria are all clear, KPIs are difficult but the head explains it and it makes sense. 4/5 I would join again for good leaders and team. -1 because workload is very manual and high.
Cons
Most are frustrated with the sudden or constant change. From office move, incentive change, work arrangement change, KPI change, structure, system change. Communications process sometimes it seems to skip from top straight to bottom.
